Cheers to Banksy

So we've been on the art trip and all, but sure that's galleries and museums of things to talk about, however we were also exposed to street art in London, and it was not until I returned that my friend happened to introduce to me a prominent street artist - Banksy. Banksy works really creatively and humorously, and I think he really has a rather original flow of ideas as well! Check out his website at http://banksy.co.uk/! Currently still looking for his trademark though. Some other artists used trademarks like a yellow peg or graffiti teeth :)

Random: Trust Me, I'm a Designer

Taken from: Trust Me I'm a Designer's Wall Photos Album
The Sequence by Arnze Quinze
Brussels, Belgium
Came across this as one of the photos under the Trust Me I'm a Designer page on facebook! It looks pretty cool. I like the way the whole set up and installation is so vibrant and in a way it is playful, being reminiscent of the bald trees and their branches in the same street. It's almost as if there was a wave of creative energy suddenly bursting into the street and bringing it to life in a visual, artistic and expressive manner.
